Please report Arriva buses that don't turn up to us using our reporting form. We'll then collate the data, publish it and this will hold Arriva accountable.
The more founded formal complaints that we make, the more Arriva's complaints department will be kept busy. Surely it would be cheaper to hire more Bus Drivers or buy all weather tyres?
Please collate data using our handy FoI Templates on your routes that #dontarriva including how much Arriva are paid to run the contract.
The more stories that they get, the more likely they will be to cover.
When all else fails, why not go to the bottom line!
You can print off, edit and print our template petitions and distribute them to Post Offices, local shops, community centres and anywhere else that will give permission and keep them safe.

No – dontarriva Limited is a company Limited by Guarantee without share capital. This means that all money held in accounts must be reinvested into the company. Furthermore, if dontarriva Limited every shut down, the money would have to be given to a company with the same formation structure.
Our costs relating to our phone line are extremely reasonable and allow us to provide a telephone number to the public whilst not giving out personal telephone numbers.
Of the utmost importance, our telephone line allows accessibility to people with disabilities who would struggle with using the internet and those that are not as technically able – the same people that are most vulnerable when bus services don’t turn up or turn up substantially late.
Our telephone line service also allows us to have an opening and closing time given that all time is provided by kind donations.
Our phone line setup also allows us to route calls to Operators with the right skills to be able to assist those that telephone.
Further, our telephone line allows for us to faciliate a virtualised contact centre with people donating their time from home.
In order to keep call costs low, we do not make outbound calls but this can be changed if people want this to change.
By donation – people who get involved within their communities print off resources (such as formal complaint, blank bus timetable (for the purposes of recording buses that don’t turn up) and petition templates themselves and then provide copies to us.
